AMD/Fusion gets support for High@L5.1 videos

We are proud to announce that we can finally add support for videos using levels higher then High@L4.1.

Videos with these levels would just output as pixelated garbage before.

Now, thanks to "FernetMenta" and "Fritsch" hard work and wizardry you can enjoy these videos on your fusion when OpenELEC 2.0 Beta 5 comes. All you have to do is simply delete the old fglrx.conf and reboot. This file can be found in the Samba share under Configfiles.
