Asus E35M1-M. 4GB RAM. Fusion 64bit 1.95.3 Tried both fresh install into USB flash disk and upgrading over an existing 1.95.2. TV is connected to the device thru HDMI.
While the unit is in screensaver mode, presing any remote control button will wake it up. Selecting and playing a movie will play it without any sound. All my files (avi, mkv) are having this issue. Rebooting this device will solve this but once screensaver kicks in, issue will occur. Prior to the screensaver, everything is ok when playing the same file. This issue was not encountered in 1.95.2 build. Thanks.

I have a similar problem, probably the same.

When I turn my tv on or off the audio stops and doesn't resume. Only a reboot will fix it, until I turn the tv off or on again.

Just chiming in here too. I thought it may have been my asound.conf file, but no luck after trying a few different sample configurations.

Hopefully the next release can get this one resolved.

Also have this problem on HP Microserver N40l.

It doesn't seem related to the screensaver, but turning off the display. Have to first toggle audio settings (just go to the screen and change some setting) and then reboot to get it working again.

Same problem here, Zotac AD04.

Is this scheduled to be fixed in the next release does anyone know? Sounds like a simple fix if it's just a case of rolling back to fglrx 12.3 (though I don't compile my own so I'll need to wait for the next beta)...
