Hi, I'm using openelec latest beta & I have got PS3 that talk to my server. So the formats it prefers are .mp4 .mts .m2ts .avi .wmv etc.

For the most I've been using .mp4 for hd rips, but the limitation is .dts tracks are widely unsupported in .mp4 containers, so for anything that has audio source greater than DD5.1 I've been using .m2ts but I notice that xbmc / openelec seek (f-forward/rewind @ any speed 2x,4x...) differently than if seeking a .mp4 or .mkv.
It produces lots of screen artifacts for a few secs after each seek, once it settles down its fine but weren't sure why its seems to be handled differently ?
Cheers.
