Hi guys,

As I couldn't get Tidal Official Kodi plugin working on OpenElec, today I've done more tests in order to post here a detailed bug report.
The bug manifests on OpenElec 8.0.2, 8.0.3, and also in test builds devel-20170426144944-r24625-ga1b1bde (streamtest) and devel-20170426163557-r24625-ga1b1bde (streamtest2).
I'm a new user of OpenElec and I don't have any knowledge if Tidal works on an older version then 8.0.2 or not.

Bug description:
Tidal have 3 quality levels that can be configured from the plugin.
If I try with Low and High, Kodi will crash.
If I try with Lossless it won't crash but can't play any song either and it only show errors in logs like:
11:53:58.638 T:1946796048 ERROR: Open - error probing input format,
11:53:58.642 T:1946796048 ERROR: Init: Error creating demuxer
11:53:58.642 T:1946796048 ERROR: CAudioDecoder: Unable to Init Codec while loading file
11:53:58.642 T:1946796048 WARNING: PAPlayer::QueueNextFileEx - Failed to create the decoder
11:53:58.642 T:1946796048 ERROR: Playlist Player: skipping unplayable item: 6, path [plugin://]

I attached my logs from:
RPI 2 - OpenElec 8.0.2
RPI 1 - OpenElec 8.0.3 dev build - devel-20170426163557-r24625-ga1b1bde (streamtest2)
